At Once More Luxury, we strive to ensure your designer acquisitions exceed expectations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, authenticated condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original designer packaging, including all dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags, then pack it securely in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and security seal, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
